How much do your services cost?

Our services cost $70 for the initial assessment and $60 for subsequent sessions. Package deals are available please contact one of our representatives for details.

Are your services covered by extended medical?

Not typically, the only possibility is if the plan provides you with a certain amount of money for you to spend on your health as you see fit. So check with your plan to see if this is possible. It is also possible, with a prescription that it can be written off on income tax as a medical expense. Always be sure to check with your plan for specific details.

What are your credentials?

Everyone that works for Personal Best Exercise Therapy is a registered Kinesiologist with several other exercise and therapy related certifications

What is a Kinesiologist?

A Kinesiologist is an individual that has completed 4 years at an accredited university with courses specifically related to exercise science. It can be compared to a pre medical degree with a focus on exercise, biomechanics, physiology, motor learning, nutrition and directed studies practicum or honours thesis.

Do you do ICBC claims?

Upon referral from a physiotherapist, occupational therapist or a physician and approval from the adjuster we gladly take on ICBC claimants. The cost for ICBC claimants is $70 per hour.
